Kris Humphries' lawyers to talk to Kim Kardashian about alleged staged scenes on the Reality show "Kourtney & Kim Take New York"

Kris Humphries' lawyer is reportedly seeking to question both Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner, in addition to several E! executives, about a scene in "Kourtney & Kim Take New York" that reports say may have been staged for the cameras two months after the fact.
Radar Online has previously alleged that a scene in the series, in which Kardashian tells Jenner that her marriage simply "isn't right" while the two travel in Dubai, wasn't actually filmed on the pair's trip to the Middle East in mid-October. The website discovered photos that seem to suggest that the scene was shot in the United States on Dec. 6, after Kardashian had already filed for divorce from Humphries.

According to Radar, Kris Humphries' lawyer wants to talk to Kim Kardashian about a potentially fake scene on her reality series, as a way of proving Kardashian defrauded Humphries.
The image is reported to show Kardashian and Jenner leaving a television studio, Kardashian wearing what appears to be the same ensemble as in the scene. While Jenner wears different clothes, an assistant appears to carry the purple caftan she wears in the scene.
According to Radar, this information might be of particular interest to Humphries and his lawyer, who are reportedly interested in revealing the smoke and mirrors involved in the E! reality series.

"Kris feels that if this is true and the whole conversation was faked, this would help prove that he got married under fraudulent circumstances," a source tells Radar. "Yes, this did occur after the marriage, but this is one clear example that could help sway the judge to grant the divorce on the grounds of fraud."
While Kardashian sought a divorce on the grounds "irreconcilable differences" in the paperwork she filed on Oct. 31, Humphries' paperwork seeks an annulment on the grounds of "fraud."
TMZ reports that Humphries' lawyer hopes to televise the couple's proceedings to "expose the M.O. of reality TV," as a source explains, and build a case that Kardashian had no intention of staying married to the Nets star.
Meanwhile, Radar's sources say that Kardashian hopes to keep the couple's legal affairs quiet.
"A public trial is the last thing that Kim wants, and she has instructed her lawyer to formally petition the court so that the divorce can be heard by a mediator," a source tells the site. "She wants the mediation to be private, confidential, and legally binding ... Kim just wants this over and done with."
