Betrayed: Renee Graziano broke down in tears in court last month as her father was led to a detention centre
It was like something straight out of a mafia movie.
But for Mob Wives star Renee Graziano it was her real life playing out in front of her at Brooklyn federal courthouse.
She broke down crying last month as she spoke about how her ex-husband left the Bonanno crime family and turned into a government informant against her father.
Fans of the show recently watched as Renee and her ex-husband Hector Pagan emotionally discussed a reconciliation, with the star of the show telling him: 'It's always been you.'
But while the cameras were rolling for the VH1 reality series last summer, Pagan had turned rat.
Renee shed her tears last month as she watched her father Anthony 'TG' Graziano, 71, led out of court by U.S. Marshals and taken to a detention centre to await his trial on racketeering charges, according to the New York Post.

After her husband switched sides, Graziano was charged with a number of mob crimes.
Pagan wore a hidden 'wire' recorder and taped Graziano's father as part of an undercover Drug Enforcement Administration probe.

Speaking of her devastation over her husband's betrayal, she told the Post: 'They’re in "The Life" with you one day, and then cooperating the next.
'My son is taking it very hard. He loves his father. I won't forgive Hector for what he did to my son.'
When Renee found out her father had been arrested after an FBI raid she collapsed and had to be taken to hospital.

Renee Graziano suffered a panic attack and had trouble breathing after her father  was arrested in the round up of high-ranking members of the Bonanno crime family.
They were all charged with racketeering and extortion.
Graziano reportedly cut ties with his drama-prone daughter Renee and her younger sister Jenn, who created  the VH1 reality show, over the series which follows the lives of a group of New York women with gangster connections.

Despite this, and despite professing her love for Pagan on the show and saying she wanted to give their marriage another chance, she told the Post if she had known of his 'immense betrayal' she would have tipped off her dad immediately, even though that would likely mean her husband would be murdered.
The New York mob has a long history of murdering government informants.
She said: 'I would have told my father - 100 per cent.'
Pagan is now in a witness protection programme.

In the latest arrests, Vincent 'Vinny TV' Badalamente, was also charged with racketeering and taking over a bar after its owner failed to pay back a debt, Brooklyn federal prosecutors said.
Nicholas 'Nicky Mouth' Santora was charged with conspiracy to distribute marijuana and illegal gambling, according to an indictment, reports the Post.
Vito Balsamo and Anthony Calabrese were also charged.
The men pleaded not guilty at a hearing in Brooklyn federal court last month, except Graziano.
